Reiki Master is the final level in the traditional Usui Shiki Ryoho path. Where Level II introduced the sacred symbols for focused, extended practice, Master level introduces Dai Ko Myo — the Master Symbol — along with the ability to perform attunements and, if you choose, to teach others yourself.

This manual introduces the spirit and preparation behind performing attunements. The full technical sequence is traditionally passed hands-on, and you'll receive that directly through mentorship as part of your training.
Not at all. Many Masters deepen their own personal practice without ever teaching formally, while others go on to attune students or build their own teaching practice. Both paths are supported.
Most students complete it within 1–2 weeks, studying a section at a time, though you're welcome to move at your own pace.
