Study the sacred practice of Reiki at your own pace, from wherever you are. Complete the course, receive your manual, and earn your certificate.
Sacred Light School of Reiki was created for those called to energy healing but not always able to sit in a classroom. This self-paced Level I course carries the same care and depth of an in-person class — the history, the principles, the hand placements, the attunement — delivered through a manual you can return to for life.
The history of Reiki, Mikao Usui's teachings, and the Five Reiki Precepts that guide practice and daily life.
How Reiki energy moves, the role of the practitioner, and the ethics of holding space for healing.
Foundational hand positions for self-treatment and treating others, with guidance for building a home practice.
Receiving your Level I attunement and completing the steps toward your certificate of completion.
A complete Reiki Level I manual, yours to keep and revisit.
Move through the material whenever it suits your life — no deadlines.
Guidance for receiving your Level I attunement from wherever you are.
A certificate of completion upon finishing the course, recognizing you as a Reiki I practitioner.
You'll receive your manual and next steps by email within 24 hours of payment. All sales are final — see our refund policy below.
None at all. This course is designed for complete beginners as well as those curious about energy work.
Most students complete it within 1–2 weeks, studying a module at a time, though you're welcome to move at your own pace.
After enrolling, your manual and course materials are sent directly to your email within 24 hours.
Your certificate reflects completion of Sacred Light School of Reiki's Level I curriculum. It is issued after you finish the manual, pass a short knowledge check, and complete your remote attunement — not immediately upon purchase.
Because the manual is a digital product delivered by email, all sales are final once purchased and the manual has been sent. We're unable to offer refunds after delivery, so please reach out with any questions before enrolling if you're unsure.
You're welcome to reach out by email any time — support is included with your enrollment.
